HOW WE DO IT

First things first, whether we're working inside or out, the work area has to be clean and clear. If working inside, all items of furniture are moved or covered with plastic drapes. If outside, the area is cleared and any obstacles removed. 

Unlike some other providers, we take the time to carefully remove your window openers. Whilst the main casement window stays in place. Removal of the openers allows us to get into those hard to reach places to ensure full and even coverage.

Once all working areas are fully cleared and openers removed, we start the masking process. All the glass is taped up and protected with plastic sheeting. Any adjacent surfaces are fully masked off to avoid overspray onto your property exterior, window openings are fully cloaked off so no overspray penetrates into the interior of your property.  

The next step, using specialist cleaning products, is to fully clean and degrease the uPVC windows or doors that we're spraying. 

This is a 3 part process. 

1st, we utilise an industrial cleaning product specified by the paint supplier. 

2nd, we key the surface with industry specific abrasive pads, this ensures the best foundation for the spray application. 

3rd, we clean off any contaminants that may be lingering on the surface. This helps to ensure a perfect bond for the paint. 

Once the job is all masked off, we set up our specialist spray equipment. We prepare the paint by mixing it with the curing agent, and then we're ready to start uPVC spraying. The uPVC windows are then sprayed by one of our technicians. The only thing you need to worry about is choosing the perfect colour!

The specialist industrial coatings we use are touch dry within minutes of the final coat. We allow plenty of drying time to ensure the paint has bonded thoroughly before we replace and check alignment of any previously removed window openers. 

All specialist equipment is then packed away and all windows are de-masked to leave them looking brand new! A final quality control check of the windows and full site cleanup is carried out before the job is signed off.
